Find Your Future

Our organization is a fast-growing interior contracting company that operates primarily in Manhattan. We're looking for a group of exceptionally curious candidates with a desire to learn a variety of different trades and in general grow as people.

We have a strong focus on customer service, employee growth and employ the latest in cloud-based software to manage our daily operations. The right applicants will appreciate that learning is often a series of mistakes followed by realizations, and vice versa.

Field Trainee

The trainee is a student of the art of construction, not just the practice.

Studying a trade means more than learning how to swing a hammer or put some paint on a wall. It means learning how to control one's dexterity to produce a superior finish. It requires cultivating a discerning eye that can tell the difference between an acceptable finished product and an outstanding one. The trainee becomes a skilled tradesperson but, more importantly, they learn to stay focused and achieve peak physical and mental performance while in high pressure situations.

Operations Assistant

AKA Organizational Ninja

When chaos reigns, you enter stage right with a link to a google sheet and the calm of a marine sniper. Complicated scheduling problems whither at the sight of your disturbingly well-updated project management software. Your skills of communication put the most unruly clients on the ground and in a sleeper hold within 30 seconds.

Our organization is a fast-growing interior contracting company that operates primarily in Manhattan. We have a strong focus on customer service and employ the latest in cloud-based software to manage our daily operations. Paint Scout? Trello? Hubspot? Yes, we use all of them and we’re more than happy to train the right person, but you need to bring an unmatched organizational game and an unquenchable thirst for learning. The right applicant will appreciate that learning is often a series of mistakes followed by realizations, and vice versa.
